FAIRFIELD, NJ– Rouskas Family Chiropractic officially opened in October 2025 in Building 20 with a clear mission: to educate and empower individuals and families to achieve optimal health by restoring and maintaining the body’s natural ability to heal itself—the way chiropractic was meant to be.
The practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care that enhances overall quality of life, helping each person reach their fullest potential in health, vitality, and function. Dr. Mike Rouskas earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic in 2023, graduating as valedictorian of his class. Following graduation, he practiced in the state of Connecticut for two years, gaining extensive hands-on experience before opening his own private practice, Rouskas Family Chiropractic, in Fairfield, New Jersey.
Through his clinical experience, Dr. Rouskas developed a strong focus on nervous system regulation and is a member of the national NeuroChiro Directory. He is also ICPA-certified in the Webster Technique, a specialized approach to chiropractic care during pregnancy. At Rouskas Family Chiropractic, Dr. Rouskas combines advanced training with a compassionate, individualized approach to care, serving patients of all ages—from children and expectant mothers to adults and seniors—while helping each individual unlock their body’s innate ability to heal and thrive.

This initial visit includes a health consultation, comprehensive examination, X-rays if needed, a detailed review of findings, and the patient’s first adjustment.
