MONTVILLE, NJ–FEM Real Estate, a Real Estate Investment Company based in our 2 Changebridge West Building, which Mimi Feliciano opened in 2013, is the culmination of three-generations of experience in real estate asset management, development, and investment. Started by Jerry Turco and now run by Mimi, Edwin, Evin, and Cary Feliciano, FEM develops, owns and manages an asset portfolio of over $400M in commercial real estate nationwide.

They specialize in commercial properties around the country with a portfolio ranging from distribution (Amazon & Fedex Ground Facilities) to retail (Tractor Supply, Walgreens, CVS, Family Dollar & Starbucks) to medical office buildings as well. The Feliciano family spent twelve years prior owning and operating Lincoln Park Healthcare, the largest nursing home complex in New Jersey with 706 beds, over 800 employees, and generating in excess of $70M in revenue. They expanded the nursing home campus by building JDT Medical Rehab & JDT Medical Villa, two visionary state-of-the-art buildings for sub-acute, short-term care within a luxury, hotel-like environment

They most recently completed their passion project, South Beach at Long Branch, in 2020, an award winning oceanfront condominium development in the redevelopment zone of Long Branch, New Jersey. Consisting of 42 residences, all with direct oceanfront views, this highly innovative development introduces a luxurious live, work, play lifestyle to the Jersey Shore in an upscale environment.

Since 2021, Cary Feliciano has been the Chief Operating Officer at FEM Real Estate. He was a double major in Accounting & Finance at The Pennsylvania State University and received a Masters degree in Construction Management from The University of Southern California. Prior to this role, he was a Construction Manager at FEM Real Estate’s developer partner with responsibilities including developing scopes of work, buying out jobs (low to mid-rise multi-unit buildings), leveling bids, and negotiating with subcontractors among other things.

Evin Feliciano, commenced his role as Chief Financial Officer in 2021, and he had been working at the firm since 2015. Like his brother, he studied at The Pennsylvania State University and graduated with a degree in Accounting.
